Financial Performance Overview of the Company

Financial Year 2025-26 was marked by continued geopolitical and economic volatility arising from the Middle East crisis and the ongoing Ukraine-Russia conflict, both of which continued to disrupt global supply chains and availability of raw material across the industry. Despite these persistent headwinds, your Company demonstrated resilience and adaptability, proactively managing sourcing, logistics, and inventory planning to minimize disruption to operations. This disciplined approach ensured that revenue from operations remained resilient, recording a moderate growth of 3%, despite geopolitical environment. The Companys Equipment business, which is more India-centric in its customer base and execution footprint, performed particularly well during the year, recording a robust year-on-year growth of approximately 25% whereas Consumable business demonstrated year-on-year steady revenue performance. Together, these segments underscore the Companys ability to draw strength from domestic demand momentum even as global conditions remained uncertain.
