AGM 29/09/2023 Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we enclose herewith the summary of proceedings of the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, 29th September, 2023 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. In furtherance to our letter dated 29th September, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023, we wish to inform you that at the 26th Annual General Meeting, the members have approved alteration of Articles of Associations of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 29.09.2023)
