V B Desai Financial Services Limited (VBDFS) was incorporated in August 1985. The Company has grown into a reliable and established name in the domestic Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory space. It provides Investment Banking and Financial Advisory services and caters to clients.

The Company came out with Maiden Public Issue of Equity Shares at par in the year 1986. It had managed number of Public / Rights Issue of Equity / Debt of Corporates even during the period when Controller of Capital Issue (CCI) was in existence since 1988. During 1993-94, the Company became a member of the NSE and the OTCEI and has started trading on these exchanges.

Company is a Registered Category- I Merchant Banker with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to carry out merchant banking activities. The Company is actively engaged in the Management of IPOs of SME as well as on the Main Stock Exchange (BSE). The main activities of the Company includes Consultancy and Valuation.
