Initial public offering of 7,664,994 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (equity shares) of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 783 per equity share, including a share premium of Rs. 778 per equity share, through an offer for sale by the selling shareholders as Defined hereinafter (such equity shares offered by the selling shareholders collectively referred to as the offered shares), aggregating up to Rs. 600.17 Crores (offer). The offer shall constitute 25.00% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. The face value of the equity share is Rs.5 each. The Offer price is Rs.783 per equity share and is 156.6 times the face value of the equity share.
