Zaggle shares hit lower circuit

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services reported a strong Q4FY26 performance, with consolidated net profit rising 30.4% YoY to ₹40.6 crore compared to ₹31.13 crore a year ago. Revenue from operations surged 49.9% YoY to ₹617.91 crore. Sequentially, profit and revenue grew 11.6% and 17.5%, respectively.

However, EBITDA margin slipped 46 basis points QoQ to 9.4% from 9.9%, reflecting margin pressure despite robust growth.

For FY26, the company posted a 57% jump in net profit to ₹138 crore, while revenue climbed 46.3% to ₹1,907.64 crore. Management expects around 40% revenue growth in FY27, driven by AI-first products, expansion into MENA and US markets, and deeper monetisation of core businesses.

Despite the strong earnings, Zaggle shares fell 20% and hit lower circuit at ₹227.08 on the NSE.
