According to the GoodReturns website, the price of 10 grams of 22-carat gold increased by Rs10 from yesterday’s closing price during the early session on Monday. During the early trade, silver prices decreased by Rs100, and one kilogram of the pricey metal is now worth Rs60,400.
The price of ten grams of 24-karat gold has increased by Rs 10 from yesterday’s closing price of Rs51,290. Ten grams of 22-carat gold cost Rs47,160, Rs47,060, and Rs47,710 in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennai, respectively.
Ten grams of 22-carat gold traded for Rs47,010 in Mumbai, matching the price of the yellow metal in Kolkata and Hyderabad. Ten grams of 24-karat gold are priced at Rs51,450, Rs51,340, and Rs52,050 in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Chennai, respectively.
Ten grams of 24-karat gold costs Rs51,290 in Mumbai, the same as in Kolkata and Hyderabad. As the US dollar gained some ground and became more expensive for holders of foreign currencies, US gold prices fell on Monday from a three-week high reached in the previous session. Given that the precious metal is currently trading at Rs60,400, the cost of 1 kg of silver in Delhi and Mumbai is equal to the costcost of 1kg of silver in Kolkata. In Bengaluru and Chennai, 1 kilogram of silver costs Rs66,300.
