Sky Gold to foray into D2C market in USA

Sky Gold Limited has informed to the exchanges regarding initiating Direct to Consumer in US market.

According to the regulatory filing, the company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sales of Gold Jewellery.

Sky Gold has Manufacturing facilities in Mumbai, India for gold ornaments of a broad spectrum of designs and specifications and it now desires to introduce its Gold Jewellery Products by launching own brand in the USA retail market by itself and/or its Subsidiary in collaboration with Varanium Inc., USA in Gold Jewellery Products, the company commented.

At around 12:42 PM, Sky Gold was trading at Rs205.95 per share lower by 0.17% as against previous closing of Rs206.30 per share on the BSE.
