3i Infotech Limited has incorporated a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary in Malaysia on February 17, 2022. This new subsidiary is a private company limited by shares called ‘NuRe Digital Sdn. Bhd.’ and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of 3i Infotech Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company based in Singapore.
NuRe Digital deals in digital transformation and cloud-based solutions. The object of the acquisition is to provide IT, digital transformation, and Cloud-based solutions and services in the areas of big data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, IoT, 5G, and other relevant technologies.
At around 9.35 AM, 3i Infotech Ltd was trading at Rs60.35 per piece down by Rs0.4 or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs60.75 per piece on the BSE.
