Adani Enterprises incorporates wholly-owned subsidiary for data center business

Adani Enterprises Ltd has announced that AdaniConnex Private Limited, Joint Venture of the Company with EdgeConnex Europe BV has incorporated a WOS namely, Mumbai Data Center Limited (“MDCL”), on February 04, 2022.

The company has incorporated the subsidiary with an Initial Authorized and Paid-Up Share Capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- each, to, interalia, undertake business to develop, operate, maintain, deal with data centers, Information Technology (IT) / Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) / Cloud, providing services related thereto and to undertake activities associated with its infrastructure development including land acquisition & development for the said purpose, said company in a regulatory filing.

MDCL will commence its business operations in due course, it added.

On Monday at around 9:30 AM, Adani Enterprises was trading at Rs1,755.75 apiece down by Rs0.9 or 0.05% on the BSE.
