Aditya Birla's ABNAH Acquires KA Hospitality, Adds Premium Restaurant Brands

Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality (ABNAH) acquires full stake in KA Hospitality. Four new restaurant brands, Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Nara Thai, and CinCin, have been added to ABNAH’s portfolio.

Expansion results in seven new restaurants across three cities for Aditya Birla Group’s hospitality arm. Rising disposable income and evolving lifestyles of Indian consumers are driving growth in premium casual dining space.

ABNAH aims to broaden the reach of acquired brands and introduce distinctive dining experiences to other cities in India. ABNAH focuses on creating premium casual dining restaurant chains in the organized food services market.
