Affle to infuse Rs133 crore in Bobble AI rights issue; stock crawls up

Affle (India) Ltd. informed exchanges that the company has received rights offer(s) from Bobble AI superseding the earlier offer for pre-emption as mentioned in its intimation letter dated February 17, 2022.

Company’s Board has decided to subscribe fully to the rights offer(s) for Series C CCPS and Equity Shares.

Further, the company’s Board has also decided and approved to subscribe to the rights offer(s) for at least 50% of Series C1 CCPS. The aggregate investment for all the subscriptions of rights offer(s) will be to the maximum amount of Rs1,329.17 million.

Affle India’s stock was trading at Rs1,222.05 up by Rs1.3 or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs1,220.75 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs1,210.20 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs1,237.90 and Rs1,210.20 respectively.
