Allied Digital, KEC International consortium wins smart cities project worth Rs207.21 crore

Allied Digital Services Limited informed that it has received the Smart City contract for the Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company (PMIDC) in consortium with KEC International covering 3 cities i.e., Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Sultanpur Lodhi.

The total contract value awarded to the consortium is Rs207.21 crore.

The project is expected to be completed in 57 months, with 9 months for implementation and Go-Live and 48 months for project support and O&M.

“With the implementation of India’s first Pune Smart City project in 2015, as a pioneer, we have now received these new projects for three smart cities in Punjab, Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Sultanpur Lodhi, confirming our position as India’s leading Master Systems Integrator.

Our repertoire now includes Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad, Kalyan Dombivali, Aurangabad, Bidkin, Rajkot, Solapur, Jaipur, and Lucknow, in addition to these three cities,” commented Nitin Shah, CMD of Allied Digital.

At around 2.25 PM, Allied Digital Services was trading at Rs106.60 up by 3.95% from its previous closing of Rs102.55 on the BSE.

On the other hand, KEC International was trading 2.64% lower at Rs412.55, against its previous close of Rs423.75 on the BSE.
