Further, the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving mobility space by functioning as Bullion Trading Member, Bullion Trading Clearing member, capital market intennediary and Portfolio management consultant as International Financial Service Centre Unit.
The Wholly Owned Subsidiary company is a related party of the Company and Subscription of Shares is on Arms Length price.
