Astra Microwave Products Limited secures orders worth Rs 158 crore from prominent defense and space organizations. Orders come from Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and Defence Public Sector Undertakings (DPSUs).
The company will supply satellite sub-systems, airborne radar, and radar and electronic warfare (EW) sub-systems for various projects. Astra Microwave specializes in developing sub-systems for radio frequency and microwave systems used in defense, space, and other applications.
The company’s recent dividend announcement of Rs 1.60 per share highlights its strong financial position. Q1 earnings report indicates sales of Rs 1,337.29 million, down from Rs 1,620.76 million last year. Revenue stood at Rs 135,718.8 million, compared to Rs 1,628.85 million in the same period a year ago.
