AU Small Finance Bank allots over 31.50 crore equity shares

AU Small Finance Bank has informed to the exchanges regarding allotment of equity shares.

The Board of Directors of the Bank has approved the allotment of 31,50,93,233 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares on June 12, 2022, in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held, to the eligible members whose name appear in the list of beneficial owners as on June 10, 2022.

On Monday,  AU Small Finance Bank ended at Rs589.40 per piece lower by 2.26% as against previous closing of Rs603.05 per piece on the BSE.
