In its filing with the exchanges on Tuesday, Automotive Stampings & Assemblies Limited informed the investors that the credit rating agency CRISIL Ltd. has reviewed the ratings on the bank facilities of the company.
The rating agency has assigned a ‘CRISIL BBB’ rating to the company’s long-term bank facilities and has given a positive outlook for the same.
While it has assigned a ‘CRISIL A3+’ rating to the company’s short-term bank facilities. Total bank facilities for review were worth Rs83 crore.
Automotive Stamping’s stock was trading 4.99% higher at Rs327.30, against its previous closing of Rs311.75. It remained flat throughout the day after opening at Rs327.30.
