Axis Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “ETF Category”, named as Axis S&P 500 ETF Fund of Fund. This open-ended fund aims to provide capital appreciation by investing in in Exchange Traded Funds replicating S&P 500 TRI, subject to tracking error.
Investment strategy: As the Scheme will predominantly follow a passive investment strategy for investments in the overseas mutual fund, the endeavor will be to minimize the portfolio turnover subject to exigencies and needs of the Scheme.
Asset allocation: The corpus of the Scheme, will be primarily invested in Exchange Traded Funds replicating S&P 500 TRI in accordance with the requirements stipulated by SEBI / RBI from time to time.
Who should invest?
Investors with very high risk appetite and want to invest for 5 to 7 years in a mutual fund should invest in Axis S&P 500 ETF FOF. The scheme will be traded on BSE and NSE after five days of the allotment.

The NFO is available for subscription from March 22 to April 5. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 500/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
