Bandhan Nifty Alpha 50 Index Fund NFO: Key details you need to know

Bandhan Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “index category”, named as Bandhan Nifty Alpha 50 Index Fund. The investment objective of the scheme is investing in securities of the Nifty Alpha 50 Index in the same proportion / weightage with an aim to provide returns before expenses that tracks the total return of Nifty Alpha 50 Index.

Investment strategy: The Scheme will be managed passively with investments in stocks in a proportion to the weights of these stocks in the Nifty Alpha 50 Index.

Asset allocation: The scheme will invest in equity and equity related securities of companies falling in Nifty Alpha 50 Index.

Investors with very high risk appetite and want to invest for 5 years to diversify their portfolio nifty 50 companies should invest in Bandhan Nifty Alpha 50 Index Fund.

The NFO is available for subscription from October 25 to November 06. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
