Bank of Baroda revises dividend to Rs2.85 per share

Bank of Baroda Limited informed that the board of directors has recommended a revised dividend at Rs2.85 per equity share having a face value of Rs2 each fully paid up. The payment of dividends is subject to declaration/approval at the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting.

Earlier, the board of directors recommended a Dividend of Rs1.20 per equity share for FY2021-22.

In the same meeting, the company has further considered & approved the consequential changes due to revision in dividend in Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2022.


Bank of Baroda is currently trading at Rs100.50 up by Rs0.35 or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs100.15 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs101.85 and Rs100.20 respectively.
