Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited completed a further investment of Rs16.99 crore in the Equity Shares of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy Private Limited (Toscano), a subsidiary of the company. The company acquired 1,261 Equity Shares, having a face value of Rs.100/- each, at an issue price of Rs1,34,776/- per Equity Share.
Post allotment the shareholding of the company has increased by 7.46% to 68.81% in Toscano.
At around 1.09 pm, Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Ltd. was trading at Rs1342.25 per piece down Rs50.70 or 3.64% on the BSE.
