Bigbloc Construction Ltd stock hits 5% upper circuit on Monday after the intimation for Board Meeting by the Company.
Asccording to the regulatory fiiling the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.
Further, the Board will also consider declaration and payment of the Interim Dividend on the Equity shares far financial year 2021-22.
At around 2:39 PM, Bigbloc Construction hits 5% upper circuit at Rs72.55 per piece on Sensex.
