Bombay Oxygen appoints Sheela H. Pilai as CFO; stock skids ~1.5%

Bombay Oxygen Investments Limited has approved the appointment of Mrs. Sheela H. Pillai as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

Mrs. Sheela H. Pillai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Tax, and Finance.

The company also nods to the appointment of Mrs. Sheela H. Pillai as the Principal Officer of the Company under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 with immediate effect.

Bombay oxygen is a leading manufacturer of oxygen and acetylene. The Mumbai headquartered company was incorporated in 1960.

Bombay Oxygen Investments is currently trading at Rs13,301.20 down by Rs198.6 or 1.47% from its previous closing of Rs13,499.80 on the BSE. Its scrip touched a high and low of Rs13,500 and Rs13,260.05 respectively.
