BPCL conferred ‘Leadership in HR Excellence' award at 12th CII National HR Excellence Award 2021-22

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a ‘Maharatna’ and a Fortune Global 500 Company has bagged the prestigious ‘Leadership in HR Excellence’ award at CII National HR Excellence awards 2021- 22. The company scored in the 600+ band range, on a rigorous CII Assessment. The award was presented by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), which aims to establish and sustain an environment favourable to India’s growth by partnering with industry, government, and civil society through advisory and consultative processes.

The CII HR Excellence Award is one of the most prominent honours in the HR industry. The HR Excellence Model is based on frameworks used in global excellence assessments as well as contemporary models from around the world. This model allows CII to improve HR performance practices and capabilities by providing objective feedback for improvement while also facilitating communication and sharing of best practices and information among organizations.
