Bridgestone, a Japanese tire manufacturer, has named Stefano Sanchini to lead its operations in India beginning on January 1 of the next year.
Parag Satpute, who is moving to Amsterdam (the Netherlands) to take up a new worldwide position in Bridgestone’s Solutions Business, will be replaced by him.
Sanchini (MEA) currently serves as VP Region Middle East and Africa.
On January 1, 2023, Satpute will renounce his existing position, and Sanchini will take over as of that date.
“The Indian market will be a focal area as we transition to new technologies and mobility solutions, and I’m pleased to be here as we extend out these solutions to the sizable Indian client base,” said Sanchini.
