Camlin Fine Sciences raises 140.56 crore through allotment of equity shares upon conversion of warrants

Securities Issue and Allotment Committee of Camlin Fine Sciences Limited at its meeting on February 23, 2022, has allotted 2,93,50,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of face value Re 1/ each of the company aggregating to 140.56 crore to Infinity Direct Holdings and Infinity Holdings belonging to non promoter category upon receipt of subscription money and conversion of an equivalent number of warrants.

“The newly issued equity shares shall rank pari passu with then-existing equity shares of the company in all respects. The aforesaid Equity Shares shall also be subject to lock in requirements as per the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018,” company said in a filing on Wednesday.

At around 9.58 am, Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd was trading at Rs123.45 per piece down by Rs5.4 or 4.19% from its previous closing of Rs128.85 per piece on the BSE.
