CARE reaffirms credit rating for Bank Facilities and Fixed Deposit Programme of Gillanders Arbuthnot

CARE Ratings has reaffirmed the credit rating for total of Rs216.90 crore Bank Facilities and Fixed Deposit (FO) Programme of Gillanders Arbuthnot and Company Limited.

The rating on long-term Bank Facilities Rs112.69 crore has been reaffirmed at CARE BBB and. Outlook revised from Stable. For long-term / short-term Bank Facilities Rs19 crore CARE BBB; Positive /CARE A3 rating has been reaffirmed while Outlook revised from Stable. The rating on short-term Bank Facilities Rs85.21 crore have been reaffirmed at CARE A3.

The credit rating agency also reaffirmed the rating on Fixed Deposit Programme Rs31.92 crore at CARE BBB (FD); Positive. Outlook revised from Stable.

At around 1.50 pm, Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Ltd was trading at Rs69.30 per piece up by Rs0.2 or 0.29% from its previous closing of Rs69.10 per piece on the BSE.
