CARE revises credit watch of Future Lifestyle Fashions from negative to developing implications

CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings and revised outlooks assigned to Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited credit facilities. The rating on long-term Bank Facilities is ‘CARE C’ (Under Credit watch with Developing Implications). It reaffirmed Credit Rating and revision in credit watch from Negative Implications to Developing Implications.

For short-term Bank Facilities ‘CARE A4’ (Under Credit watch with Developing Implications). Reaffirmed Credit Rating and revision in credit watch from Negative Implications to Developing Implications.

On Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) ‘CARE D’ rating has been reaffirmed.

Towards close of trade on Tuesday, Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd was trading at Rs51.25 per piece down by Rs0.3 or 0.58% from its previous closing of Rs51.55 per piece on the BSE.
