Century Textiles to raise Rs250 crore through issuance of NCDs

Century Textiles and Industries Limited is raising funds by issuance of 2500 Secured, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible, non-cumulative, taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs10 lakh each aggregating to Rs250 crore, on a private placement basis, on or after February 21, 2022.

Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 14, 2021, had granted approval to raise funds up to Rs500 crore by way of issuance of NCDs on a private placement basis in one or more tranches.

At around 10.20 AM, Century Textiles & Industries Ltd was trading at Rs814.25 per piece down by Rs6.05 or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs820.30 per piece on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs820.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs826.60 and Rs813.35 respectively.
