Astron Paper & Board Mill Ltd has informed that Chaitali Parikh has resigned from the position of Independent Director of the Company with effect from February 22, 2022, due to her certain personal pressing engagements.
Further, the said resignation letter also confirms that, there is no material reason for her resignation other than that mentioned by her.
In the resignation letter, Chaitali Parikh said, “I take this opportunity to thank all esteemed Board members with whom I have worked in my tenure for their excellent cooperation and guidance provided to me. I wish great future for the company.”
On Tuesday at around 2:16 PM, Astron Paper & Board Mill was trading at Rs40.70 apiece down by Rs1.55 or 3.67% on the BSE.
