Coal India and its subsidiaries achieved coal production of 64.5 million tonnes in the month of January 2022 compared to 60.4 million tonnes in January 2021, recording a growth of 6.7%. Coal offtake stood at 60.8 million tonnes in January 2022, higher by 13.6% over January 2021.
