CRISIL reaffirms credit ratings of AGS Transact Technologies; Stock slumps 4.5%

CRISIL Ratings Limited has reviewed ratings on the bank facilities of AGS Transact Technologies Limited rated Rs900 crore. The credit rating agency has reaffirmed the company’s long-term rating at CRISIL A+/Stable. 

At aroun 9.30 am on Thursday, AGS Transact Technologies Limited was trading at Rs100.65 per piece down Rs4.90 or 4.64% on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs103.00 per piece which remains day’s high so far and low of Rs99 per piece than previous closing of Rs105.55 per piece.
