CRISIL reaffirms Mindspace REIT's credit rating; stock gains ~1.5%

Mindspace Business Parks REIT informed that CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned the credit rating ‘CRISIL AAA/Stable’ assigned to the non-convertible debentures of the company of Rs50 crore.

This rating indicates the highest degree of strength with regard to honoring debt obligations.

CRISIL Ratings has, after due consideration, reaffirmed its CRISIL A1+ (pronounced as CRISIL A one plus rating) rating to the Rs250 crore long-term principal-protected market linked debentures.

The rating agency has reaffirmed its CRISIL PPMLD AAA r /Stable (pronounced as CRISIL PPMLD triple-A r rating with Stable outlook) rating on Rs375 crore long-term principal-protected market linked debentures.

Mindspace REIT is currently trading at Rs349 up by Rs4.53 or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs344.47 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs347.50 and has touched intraday high and low of Rs349.45 and Rs346.50 respectively.
