Dhruv Consultancy JV receives LoA worth Rs1.38 crore for consultancy services

PECTRUM Techno Consultants Private Limited in Joint Venture with Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited has received the Letter of Acceptance (“LoA”).

As per the filing, the LoA is for the work of “Consultancy services for preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Construction of 04 lane Elevated Corridor/ Double Decker flyover in the District of Prayagraj”, from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway, Chief Regional Office, Lucknow.

Further, the consultancy services fees for the said Project will be Rs1,38,62,800 /- excluding taxes (Rupees One Crore Thirty-Eight Lakhs and Sixty-Two Thousand and Eight Hundred only). The Contract period will be of 10 months, the company said.

At around 9:19 AM, Dhruv Consultancy was trading at Rs70.25 per share higher by 0.43% on the BSE.
