DreamFolks expands their presence in the Southeast Asian market by entering Malaysia

20 Nov 2023 , 03:04 PM

A major step forward in its global expansion, DreamFolks, the top airport and travel services aggregator in India, has announced its launch into Malaysia. At Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Kota Kinabalu International Airport, and Kuching International Airport, the corporation will make its state-of-the-art technology available to partners on a pay-per-use basis.

Simply tapping or swiping their bank cards on DreamFolks EDC devices—which are stationed at these lounges—allows passengers to access the lounges for smooth transactions. Additionally, DreamFolks’ web access portal allows travellers to bypass lengthy lines and obtain lounge admission.

Passengers must input their bank card information to generate a QR code. A stress-free travel experience is ensured by scanning the QR code at the lounge to validate entry. Travellers will find it easier to keep track of the perks that are available on their bank cards and will save time and hassle by using this solution.

The anticipated outcome of this technological solution is to enhance customer experience and increase efficiency, hence increasing foot traffic to the lounges. DreamFolks’s launch into the Malaysian market is a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing commitment to giving travellers the greatest possible travel experience and its efforts to make its services available to travellers worldwide.

Regarding the growth, Ms. Liberatha Kallat, Chairperson & Managing Director of Dreamfolks Services Ltd., said ‘We are thrilled to share the news of our arrival in Malaysia, a significant Southeast Asian market. This is a significant turning point for our business, and we are convinced that our technological solution will help all of our stakeholders—passengers will benefit from a convenient and safe airport experience, lounge operators will increase foot traffic, and airports will enhance the passenger experience.’

DreamFolks had stated earlier this year that it was partnering with Plaza Premium Group and that the DreamFolks Global Lounge Network now included over 340 Plaza Premium Lounges.
