DSP Nifty Smallcap250 Quality 50 Index Fund NFO: Essential details you need to know

DSP Mutual Fund is launching NFO under its “equity category”, named as DSP Nifty Smallcap250 Quality 50 Index Fund. The fund aims to provide investors with exposure to high-quality small-cap companies in Nifty Smallcap 250 Quality 50 Index TRI.

Investment strategy: The investment strategy would revolve around minimizing the tracking error through periodic rebalancing of the portfolio, taking into account the change in weights of stocks in the indices as well as the incremental collections / redemptions in the Scheme. A small portion of the net assets will be held as cash & cash equivalent.

Asset allocation: The corpus of the Scheme will invest in Securities which are constituents of Nifty Smallcap250 Quality 50 Index and in Cash and Cash Equivalents.

Investors with very high risk appetite and want to invest for 7 years to diversify their portfolio in Nifty Smallcap250 Quality 50 Index should invest in DSP Nifty Smallcap250 Quality 50 Index Fund.

The NFO is available for subscription from December 05 to December 15. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 100/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
