Economic Buzz: Eurozone Industrial Output Slides 1.5% On Year In November 2021

Industrial production in the Eurozone edged up in November. Output from factories, mines and utilities across the region moved up 2.3% in November compared with October, the European Union statistics agency Eurostat said Wednesday. Compared with October, production of nondurable consumer goods rose 3.2%, capital goods 1.5%, energy 1.2% and intermediate goods 0.9%, while production of durable consumer goods fell 0.2%, Eurostat said. However, on an annual basis, industrial production fell 1.5% in November.
