Eicher Motors' CFO Kaleeswaran Arunachalam steps down to join Crompton Greaves; stock slips ~1%

Eicher Motors Limited informed that Kaleeswaran Arunachalam has tendered his resignation as the Global CFO of the company.
Kaleeswaran’s last working day with Eicher Motors will be September 2, 2022.

According to the filing, Arunachalam has over two decades of expertise in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, business partnership, and investor relations.

Kaleeswaran has resigned from his position with Eicher Motors to join future endeavors with Crompton Greaves effective from September 5, 2022.

Arunachalam most recently worked at Eicher Motors, where he was playing a crucial role in laying the groundwork for Royal Enfield’s following decade-long voyage.

During his tenure, he also successfully established the Center of Excellence for internal controls and a shared services platform for worldwide accounting and reporting.

At around opening, Eicher Motors was trading at Rs3,442.75 down by Rs39.35 or 1.13% from its previous closing of Rs3,482.10 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs3,459.95.
