Eicher Motors reports 25% yoy growth in sales revenue in March 2022

Eicher Motors Limited has reported a 25% yoy growth in sales revenue for March 2022. It reported a sale of 8,581 units for the month of March 2022, as compared to 6,870 units in March 2021.

Sales for the 12 months ending March 2022 stood at 55,824 units as against 40,188 units for the financial year 2021, recording a growth of 38.90% yoy.

Eicher Motors reported total export of 652 units in March 2022, as compared to 816 units in March 2021, registering a decline of 20.10% yoy. Whereas, exports for the whole year stood at 8,426 units as compared to 5,025 units in the financial year ended March 2021, up by 67.70% yoy.

Out of the total exports, Volvo Trucks & Buses’ export stood at 222 units for March 2022, as compared to 167 units, registering a growth of 32.90% yoy.

Total Domestic sales in March 2022, stood at 7,929 units, up by 31% yoy against 6,054 units during March 2021.

Eicher Motors is currently trading at Rs2,467.80 up by Rs7.35 or 0.3% from its previous closing of Rs2,460.45 on the BSE. Its scrip has touched a high and low of Rs2,487 and Rs2,424.05 respectively.
