EKI Energy Services Ltd has informed that the Company has incorporated a company as its associate named as GHG Reduction Technologies Private Limited.
Manish Kumar Dabkara, Managing Director of the Company will become Director in the Proposed Company, GRTPL.
The industry belongs to Manufacturing, trading, selling, buying and exporting of all kinds of Energy efficient Cookstoves (commonly known as Improved cook stoves).
As per regulatory filing, It is contemplated that GRTPL shall carry the business of manufacturing, sale, purchase etc. of all type of improved cookstoves and providing all services and utilities for the same and/or to carry out other related activities.
Total 2,49,500 equity shares each of Face Value Rs10/- to be acquired aggregating to Rs24,95,000/-, as informed EKI Energy Services on Friday.
At around 2:36 PM, EKI Energy Services was trading at Rs10,372.75 per piece up by 5% on Sensex.
