Eldeco Housing & Industries has informed that the company has incorporated the two Wholly Owned Subsidiary Companies on January 7, 2022.
Cascade Constructions Private Limited and Prosper Constructions Private Limited are incorporated as wholly-owned subsidiaries and belongs to real estate activities.
Further, both the mentioned subsidiaries are yet to commence their business operations. The Companies have subscribed 10,000 equity shares of Cascade Constructions Private Limited at the face value of Rs. 10/- each at a total consideration of Rs1 lakh.
At around 11:41 AM, Eldeco Housing & Industries was trading at Rs4707 per piece higher by 2.77% on the BSE.
