Evexia Lifecare acquires 50% stake in Heemsol Energy System; Stock down 1%

EVEXIA LIFECARE LIMITED has acquired 50% stake in HEEMSOL ENERGY SYSTEM PRIVATE LIMITED.

As per the regulatory filing, the industry to which the entity being acquired belongs to Solar Power system.

The Company has acquired 50% shareholding of the Target Company from its shareholders.

Heemsol Energy System Private Limited is engaged into business of renewable energy. By entering into renewable energy sector Evexia Lifecare Limited has expanded its business horizon.

The company will start participating in bidding process of all government tenders for Engineering Procurement Commissioning (EPC), Installation, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Third Party Inspection with skilled professionals.

“We are approved by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) and International Accreditation Forum (IAF). We are also affiliated with Gujarat Institute of Solar Energy (GISE)”, said company.

At around 10:58 AM, Evexia Lifecare was trading at Rs1.99 per piece lower by 1% on the BSE.
