For firms that advertise on its social media platform, Meta has introduced an equated monthly installment (EMI) program, a first for India. It will enable firms, especially small ones, to spread out the payment of their advertising expenses across three months.
The free EMI option from Meta will let platform advertisers spread out their expenses over three months through participating banks. The three-month EMI’s interest payment will be made by Meta.
Many startup and expanding firms in the nation are concerned about access to working cash. They (the advertisers) can choose any sum between Rs3,200 and Rs5,00,000 to convert to EMIs with no-cost EMI billing. India is the first country in Meta to offer free EMI.
