Motherhood Hospitals, held by Asia Healthcare Holdings (AHH), announced on Wednesday that it has purchased Bengaluru-based Femiint Hospitals.
The corporation withheld the acquisition’s financial information.
Motherhood Hospital now has a network of 7 hospitals and 2 outpatient centres in Bengaluru thanks to this acquisition.
Following the AHH investment in 2016, the company established a chain of 18 hospitals in 8 locations across the nation. It also invested Rs200 crores to strengthen its footprint in Bangalore and has plans to invest an additional Rs50 crores.
With a network of 200 neonatal intensive care unit beds, the specialist chain with headquarters in Bengaluru dominates the field of neonatology in the nation.
In the heavily IT-reliant Whitefield neighbourhood, Femiint Hospitals offers complete care for women and children, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment.
