Flair Writing IPO bidding ends today; subscribed 44.78 times

The Flair Writing IPO, which opened for subscription on Wednesday, November 22, and is set to close today, Friday, November 24, has experienced strong demand, being fully subscribed on both days. As of day 3, the Flair Writing IPO subscription status stands at an impressive 44.78 times.

Breaking down the subscription figures, the retail investors’ portion has been subscribed 12.50 times, the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion is subscribed 33.11 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion has seen a substantial 114 times subscription, as per available data on BSE.

The total bids received amount to 64,53,70,817 shares against the initial offer of 1,44,13,188 shares at 03:45 PM, according to BSE data.
