The government of India has received Rs 88 crore from state-owned engineering company BHEL as its final dividend for the fiscal year 2022–2023.
According to a BSE filing, BHEL Chairman and Managing Director Nalin Shinghal sent Union Minister of Heavy Industries Mahendra Nath Pandey a check for the final dividend on the stock (63.17%) held by the Government of India.
Over Rs 139 crore in dividends were given to shareholders of the company in total for the fiscal year 2022–2023.
