Glenmark Lifesciences announces interim dividend of Rs 22.50 per share

On October 9, Glenmark Lifesciences declared an interim dividend of Rs 22.50 per share, the firm told exchanges.

The record date for reckoning the list of shareholders who shall be eligible to receive the stated interim dividend shall be Tuesday, October 17, 2023, as informed in our letter of October 04, 2023, the business stated in its filing with the bourses.

The stockholders will get the interim dividend on or after October 23, 2023.

Glenmark Lifesciences made headlines lately after Glenmark Pharmaceuticals sold a 75% stake in the company for Rs 5,651 crore.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, with eight medicines in various phases of clinical development, is a leader in the discovery of new molecules, both NCEs (new chemical entities) and NBEs (new biological entities).
