Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a defense company classified as a Navratna, disbursed a second interim dividend of Rs 502.58 crores for the Fiscal Year 2022-23 to the Government.
During the dividend handover ceremony in New Delhi, the company’s Director of Finance & CFO with Addl. Charge of CMD, CB Ananthakrishnan, and Director of Operations, EP Jayadeva, presented the cheque to the Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh in the presence of Defence Secretary Giridhar Aramane and Additional Secretary (Defence Production) T Natarajan.
For the Financial Year 2022-23, the company announced a second interim dividend of Rs 20 per fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each (200%), along with a first interim dividend of Rs 20 per share.
In total, HAL has paid a substantial interim dividend of Rs 1,005.16 crore to the Government for this financial year.
HAL is committed to enhancing shareholder value and has demonstrated this through its consistent practice of increasing dividend payouts on an annual basis.
