HCL Tech named as Global Top Employer for 2023

Under the Top Employer 2023 program, HCLTech received regional Top Employer certifications in 25 countries, including its headquarters in India, paving the way for global recognition.

HCLTech is recognized as a top employer in India, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Costa Rica, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Guatemala, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Singapore, United Kingdom, and the United States for its outstanding HR policies and practices.

HCLTech is the number one company in 18 of these 25 countries.
