HDFC Life Insurance Company has allotted 3,57,94,824 equity shares of the Company at a price of Rs 558.74 per equity share (including premium of Rs 548.74 per equity share) aggregating to Rs 1999.99 crore to Housing Development Finance Corporation, one of the promoters of the Company, on preferential basis.
