Hemisphere Properties gets loan sanction from GOI; stock marginally down

In its filing with the exchanges, Hemisphere Properties India Limited informed the investors that the Government of India has sanctioned a loan worth Rs10 crore to the company.

The terms and conditions for such loan are to be decided by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

Hemisphere Properties is a public limited real estate company, which was incorporated in 2005. It is engaged in the construction and development of commercial buildings, house buildings, industrial shed offices, hotels, apartment structures, and other allied works.

Hemisphere’s stock was trading 0.85% down at Rs122.80 against its previous closing price of Rs123.85. It touched the intraday high and low of Rs124.80 and Rs120.90 respectively.
